Miss Priya Bhatt is a Consultant Ophthalmic and Oculoplastic Surgeon who practises at Beaumont Hospital (part of Circle Health Group), Royal Bolton Hospital, and Regency Eye Hospital. With wide experience in oculoplastic and cataract surgery, she specialises in the treatment of periocular skin conditions, tear film dysfunction, blepharoconjunctivitis, epiphora (watering eyes), and thyroid eye disease. She also offers non-surgical rejuvenation treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections.

Her surgical expertise covers cataract surgery, lacrimal drainage surgery, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and the correction of eyelid malposition. Miss Bhatt is also highly skilled in eyelid reconstruction, particularly following Mohs micrographic surgery, and provides a range of cosmetic eyelid procedures.

As the Clinical Lead for Oculoplastic Services at Royal Bolton Hospital, she has been involved in training junior surgeons for more than 14 years, reflecting her commitment to education and service development.

Miss Bhatt graduated in Medicine with Honours from the University of Manchester and completed her higher surgical training in Ophthalmology at both the Tennent Institute of Ophthalmology in Glasgow and in the North West of England. She then undertook advanced subspecialty training and a Fellowship in Oculoplastics at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. She was awarded the Certificate of Specialist Training and joined the Ophthalmology Specialist Register in July 2008.
