Beaumont Hospital

Beaumont Hospital has been caring for people in Bolton, Wigan, Manchester, Leigh, Chorley and surrounding areas since 1983. We provide planned care for private insured, self-funding and NHS patients.

We offer a wide range of diagnostic, medical and surgical services, including MRI, CT and ultrasound scans, X-rays, orthopaedics, gynaecology, general surgery, urology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), vascular surgery, pain management, oral surgery, gastroenterology, plastic surgery and dermatology. Our highly qualified physiotherapy team supports many of these pathways and accepts direct private referrals.

For comfort and privacy, the hospital has 20 individual bedrooms and an ambulatory day-case unit. All rooms include en-suite facilities, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Your care is consultant-led from the start. Consultants practise here following a thorough onboarding process with Circle Health Group, which helps ensure high standards for our patients. If you are coming in for surgery, our dedicated multidisciplinary pre-assessment team will check that we can treat and look after you safely.

Safety and support are always close at hand. We have a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) on site 24 hours a day and an on-site pharmacy. Our endoscopy service is JAG accredited.

If your needs change after surgery or treatment, we may arrange a transfer to another hospital, either within the NHS or to another Circle hospital. Transfers only take place when truly necessary.
