Through what has been a very difficult time, Dr Ford has been calm engaging and to the point with regard to treatment. Which due to his skill and knowledge he pointed out at the very beginning of first appointment to be quantified by later scans as correct diagnosis. His secretary’s are also very good in making sure the reports are there for the appointments.

He is very professional, patient and understanding. He will take his time to explain so that you are able to understand everything about your treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends. First class.

Mr Ford was very patient with my elderly Aunt & Uncle, and gave clear and concise information to them both, loudly so they could hear him. Due to Covid he even made it possible for me to telephone in to the meeting so I could, listen, contribute & take notes. It also helped that Mr Ford has a good sense of humour too. I would certainly recommend Mr Ford to anyone that is thinking of visiting him in the future. Also the booking process with his PA Lisa was made far easier, as Lisa is very helpful and understanding. Thank you to you both for all your help.
