I THINK MR MARCUS CUMBERBATCH IS WONDERFUL. I FACT I CALL HIM "THE WONDERFUL MR CUMBERBATCH". HE'S KIND, CONCIDERATE AND CERTAINLY GOES THE EXTRA MILE WHERE PATIENT CARE IS CONCERNED. HE DID MY KEYHOLE SERJURY ALMOST IN JANUARY 2023 AND I HAD NO PAIN (3 INCISIONS), AND NO AFTER EFFECTS WITH THE ANAESTHETIC. WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF WE COULD CLONE HIM ALONG WITH "THE WONDERFUL CLAREMONT HOSPITAL ANN THE LOVELY STAFF THAT WORK THERE".

Both of my interactions with Mr Cumberbatch have been extremely positive. While maintaining his professional position offering guidance and reassurance, I found him to be exceptionally friendly and approachable. After listening to my concerns and questions he took time to address each in turn with factual information incorporating diagrams when describing my options and the intended medical interventions and outcomes.

Mr Cumberbatch was excellent, very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable in dealing with my raised PSA result; arranging subsequent MRI and then performing a prostate biopsy under general anaesthetic. Thankfully I got the all clear, but had I required more treatment I would have had full confidence in Mr Cumberbatch.
