At 3 weeks I was out of pain following my hip replacement with Mr Garala and haven't used a stick since.

The pain has gone following the hip replacement that Mr Garala did. I'm very happy with the result. I haven't needed a stick after 4 weeks and had stopped all my pain relief tablets at this time too.

This has been a life recovering experience for me. Mr Garala was optimistic about what I would be capable to do before the operation. He has been patient centred and informative throughout. Post operatively he saw me after the operation three times. He showed me my xray. I am thrilled with the outcome and revovery thanks to his skiills as a surgeon. I had a robotic knee replacement 6 weeks ago with Mr Garala and have been very happy with the result. I was walking without a stick at 3 weeks post surgery. The communication was clear at the original appointment. The wound has healed very nicely!

I'm absolutely delighted with my hip replacement which was done with the use of navigation. It's been 10 weeks and I feel like I've never had it done! The wound looks fantastic, it just looks like a scratch now.

I had a very worn out hip with a bad knee problem which stopped straightening. 7 weeks after the hip replacement and I have zero pain whatsoever. Mr Garala has a delightful and friendly manner. I felt confident from the start and am very happy with the result. My knee is now straightening out.

From the very beginning, Mr Garala has been very professional with clear explanations and fantastic support. Mr Garala came to see me after my hip replacement surgery in the evening which was a lovely touch. By 10 days I didn't need a stick and at 5 weeks I did a 5km sponsored walk. I have done my 1st bootcamp class and spin session at 6 weeks and am due to start full training next week.

I have had a navigated total hip replacement under Mr Garala 6 weeks ago. The scar has healed very well and the nurses have commented on the neatness of it. I didn't really need crutches after 5 weeks and the feeling of waking up in no pain is such a relief.

Fantastic from start to finish. I had a navigated total hip replacement and the groin pain I had before surgery has completely gone and I've been walking 2 miles a day since 2 weeks post surgery. Having cerebral palsy I was told it had the possibility of making the surgery more risky but everything has gone so well. I'm very happy with the result.

Mr Garala has certain earnt his blue Peter badge with me. I had a terrible pain in my hip and needed a redo hip replacement in an emergency as there was a problem with one of the components. The hip wasn't right before the redo procedure but since I've had it done I've been able to walk without a stick and I'm surprised at how little pain I've been in. He had even corrected the difference in leg lengths which improved my back pain. His communication was very clear and he always gave me appropriate time when I saw him. Fantastic job

I was in so much pain when I first met Mr Garala. I had a bad experience at another hospital and Mr Garala gave me so much confidence when he went through the hip replacement surgery. My recovery after 2 weeks was very good and I was able to take an hours walk at 3 to 4 weeks post surgery.

My experience was excellent. He told me everything that he would do and the challenges associated as it was a redo knee replacement. Before surgery I had to use a stick and motability scooter. Since the surgery I can now walk without a stick and am pain free.
