Dr Byrom made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous but she was just so lovely to me . Explaining everything in way I could understand . A lovely lady.

While Jennifer was professional she was not qualified to continue with the surgical procedures and has passed me onto another surgeon which was a little disappointing as the problem had already been diagnosed by my GP
