  Dr Adeyemo was responsible for my recent surgery. The whole process went extremely smoothly. Dr Adeyemo clearly explained the procedure, any potential risks, and the recovery process. On the day of surgery, he put my mind at ease prior to the procedure, and visited me again after surgery to ensure I was ok, comfortable, and clearly explained how it went. The outcome of the surgery was positive, and I'm now back to full health, with the underlying issue having been resolved. I would recommend Dr. Adeyemo to anybody who might be considering using his expertise.

  Hernia fix by laparoscopy. Successful op, no pain hernia site, minor in 3 holes. Back to work after week, light training after 3 weeks, long distance walk after 5 and back playing football after 6 weeks. All to plan, great job.

  Everything from the pre-op to the post-op went very smoothly and I couldn't have hoped for a better overall experience. Mr Dayo Adeyemo is very friendly, professional and obviously a good clean surgeon. The three small scars I have will probably be almost invisible in a few months. I had almost no pain after the operation, and just the odd ache, which, as explained to me, is to be expected. I would recommend Mr Dayo Adeyemo to anyone.

  He’s a very quiet man , but explains exactly what’s happening . In my eyes he’s a miracle worker … after years of struggling with bowel problems and in the year before surgery my life was non existent… the pain was intolerable and couldn’t hold a job down I wanted my life over … now after sigmoid resection I have a new lease of life I feel so well and feel blessed thanks to this amazing surgeon

  Excellent first rate treatment all round. Hospital staff were very efficient and everything went smoothly. Mr A has an excellent clear way of presenting and discussing things that instills confidence. Answered all questions and was always pleasant and open to further questions when something was not clear . The anaesthetist was also Excellent when she was required.

  I would like to thank Mr Adeyemo so very much for not just the operation that he performed on me that has healed and I am recovering very well, but for the very courteous and understanding interviews with me before and after the operation. Which when you get to 74 years of age and not had any major illness means a lot in giving me confidence in the surgeon that was going to carry out the operation.   Mr Adeyemo was extremely thorough in explaining the reasons for the treatments that I required, the original loop ileostomy in May 2021 and the the subsequent reversal in August, as well as what the procedures would entail. Surgery and accompanying treatments appear to have been carried out very successfully and I was impressed by how well Mr Adeyemo kept me informed about my progress following my surgery.

  Mr Adeyemo was very clear in explaining the diagnosis of my condition, and what treatment that he proposed to undertake, including pre-treatment prior to surgery. Everything was arranged through him at the Hereford Nuffield Hospital very efficiently and rapidly, allaying any concerns that I might have had about the proposed procedure. All appears to have gone well with the surgery and after-care that I received. Mr Adeyemo visited me on the recovery ward every day following the surgery and updated me fully on my progress and explained clearly what the next steps would be.

  We put complete trust in Mr Adeyemo in taking his advice that I needed to have the operation. He explained the reasons clearly and that he wouldn’t be able to tell us in advance whether he would be able to operate laparascopically or whether it would need to be open surgery and a reversible ileostomy. After the operation he phoned my husband immediately with an update and came to see me each day in hospital, and patiently answered all my questions.
