Demetrius Evriviades

Mr Demetrius Evriviades is a senior plastic and reconstructive surgeon consultant with a long-established private practice across the Midlands and surrounding areas. He offers a full range of plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures, with a particular focus on natural results and personalised care. His clinical interests include cosmetic surgery of the face and breast, such as facelift, eyelid surgery and breast reconstruction, alongside complex reconstructive surgery, microsurgery and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Known for his precise, patient-focused approach, he combines surgical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver safe, balanced outcomes.

He holds medical and surgical qualifications from respected UK institutions, graduating from Liverpool Medical School in 1994 with MB ChB and BSc(Hons), and gaining his MRCS in 2000. In 2007, he was awarded FRCS(Plast), marking his entry onto the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery. Mr Evriviades is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Born in Derby and educated at Nottingham High School, he began his medical career in the Royal Air Force Medical Branch in 1992. Initially training in general practice, he moved into surgical training and gained experience in major UK centres including Portsmouth, Peterborough, Stoke Mandeville and Southampton. He also undertook research into chemical burns, contributing to safer reconstructive methods for complex injuries.

His plastic and reconstructive surgery training included work in both the UK and abroad. He refined his skills in facial reconstruction and microsurgery at the Wharton Centre for Head and Neck Surgery in Toronto, a globally recognised training centre. He has since completed advanced fellowships in cosmetic surgery including facelift and brow lift, breast reconstruction using both implants and autologous tissue, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and microsurgery for precise tissue reconstruction.

Mr Evriviades sees private patients across the Midlands. He holds consulting positions at HCA The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham, The Priory Hospital in Edgbaston, Droitwich Spa Hospital, Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital, and The Chaddesley Clinic in Worcester. He offers tailored surgical plans based on each patient’s needs, with clear pre-operative advice, a focus on safety, and attentive follow-up care. His reputation in the region is built on consistent results in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, especially for facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, and post-mastectomy breast reconstruction.

He lives in Worcestershire with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys life drawing, sculpture, and martial arts, often training with his son.
