Benjamin Tan

Mr Tan undertook specialist surgical training in the East Midlands and obtained his Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons in 2014. He is a consultant surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, where he joined the Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery unit in January 2017. 

Mr Tan is fully trained in laparoscopic and open operating, with a specialist interest in complex oesophago-gastric conditions, as well as general surgical procedures such as gallbladder removal, hernia repair and gastroscopy.
